Our services
Our experienced team will complete all tasks in a professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction in any of the areas listed below.
Law Searching and Legal Services
Summons/ Process Serving
We have developed a network of dedicated and experienced summon servers and process servers who will serve all types of court documents and court orders in all areas throughout Northern Ireland.
Tracing
Unlike other companies which offer tracing packages, at Truesearch we have developed our own network of dedicated and experienced professionals who will carry out an “on the ground search” for customers and provide clients with a detailed report of any information obtained. This obviously increases the rate of success dramatically and is a unique service to Truesearch.
Small Claims Agents
Our dedicated team of ex- Court Service staff have extensive knowledge of the small claims system in Northern and Southern Ireland including applications under the European Union Regulations.
We will initiate proceedings in the small claims court and closely monitor the progress of each case. We will maintain regular contact with clients to advise if any contact is made by the Respondent. In an undefended action, Judgement will be obtained and a Decree provided to our client. In the event of a defended action the case will be reverted back to the client to allow them to represent themselves or their clients at court. Representation can be made available upon request.
This service is aimed at alleviating our client’s workload off often minor and time consuming issues, so far it has proved to be a very successful and a welcomed service.
Customer Check
Knowing what kind of customer/business you are dealing with is an extremely important issue that faces all types of companies today. We believe that some on-line credit checks fail to provide enough detail on which to base an informed decision before you accept an order or place an order with a new supplier.
We have developed our own Customer Check which will provide current information on CCJ’s, Bankruptcy Orders, Company details, and Property Ownership details. These checks will provide you with a better knowledge and understanding of who your customers are and help you decided if a sound business relationship can be established. It will also provide valuable information should you be forced to decide on any legal action against existing customers. The Customer Check can be tailored to suit our client’s requirements.
Bankruptcy Office
A Bankruptcy search will provide details of any Bankruptcy Petitions and Orders made in the High Court Belfast.
An on-line search will provided details of any cases lodged within ten years prior to the search being carried out. A search prior to this period may be carried out upon request but will bear an additional fee.
Enforcement of Judgments Office
An EJO search will provide details of any County Court Judgments registered for enforcement. An on-line search will provided details of any cases, lodged for enforcement, up to six years prior to the search being carried out.
A search prior to this period may be carried out upon request but will bear an additional fee.
Land Registry
An initial search in the Land Registry will show if a property is either registered land (Land Registry) or unregistered Land (Registry of Deeds). Details of ownership and Mortgages/charges can then be recorded and provided.

A copy of the folio and land certificate will be provided, which will show details of ownership and any mortgages and charges registered against the property.
Registry of Deeds

Statutory Charges
A statutory charge may be carried out to ascertain if there are any charges imposed by a statutory body on the property or the surrounding area. Details, of any charges found, would be provided.

Energy Performance Certificate's (EPC'S)

To implement the Directive in Northern Ireland, the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) Regulations (NI) 2008 were made on 9th April 2008.
Truesearch Limited can arrange for Energy Performance Certificates to be carried out on any property throughout Northern Ireland by fully trained and experienced Domestic Energy Assessors.
In conjunction with our Law Searching Service and in order to keep costs down for the vendor, we can now offer the following on all property sales:
